All Sales Final: Please note that all sales made on our website are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason other than a defective or damaged product upon arrival.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order at teamenvied@enviedusa.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Do not send your purchase back to the address from which it came.
Returned to Sender
We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address.
Order Cancellation
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. As a small business that collaborates with distribution and shipping partners, once an order is sent for fulfillment, it can no longer be canceled.
